Step 1
In a cast iron skillet, heat the Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) over medium-high heat. Add the Kielbasa Sausages (1 lb) and Garlic (1/2 Tbsp) . Cook and stir frequently until the sausage is browned.
Step 2
Move the sausage to the side of the pan. Add the Yellow Squash (2) , Green Bell Pepper (1) and White Onion (1) . Cook and stir until browned.
