Take the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (1 lb) out of the fridge and cut into strips, lengthwise.

Shred the Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups) if not using pre-shredded.

In a baking dish or casserole, stir together White Rice (1 cup), Frozen Broccoli (1 cup), Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 fl oz), 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Water (1 3/4 cups), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp). Combine well.
