Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Take the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (1 lb) out of the fridge and cut into strips, lengthwise.
Step 3
Shred the Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups) if not using pre-shredded.
Step 4
In a baking dish or casserole, stir together White Rice (1 cup) , Frozen Broccoli (1 cup) , Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 fl oz) , 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Water (1 3/4 cups) , Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp) , and Salt (1/4 tsp) . Combine well.
Step 5
Place the chicken strips on top of the broccoli and cheddar mixture. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the rice is tender.
Step 6
Top the cooked casserole with the remaining cheddar cheese and let stand for a few minutes. The sauce will thicken.
Step 7
Serve hot. Enjoy!
