Prepare slaw. Using a box grater shred the Apple (1/2), Carrot (1), and Red Cabbage (1/4) or place all ingredients into a small food processor to shred.

To make the dressing, whisk together Grainy Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Dark Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), and Sea Salt (to taste) in a bowl or add the dressing ingredients to the chopped ingredients and blitz together. Set aside.
