Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small bowl, add Kellogg's All-Bran® Original (1 1/2 cups) , All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Brown Sugar (2/3 cup) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Salt (1 pinch) , and Sultanas (1/2 cup) . Mix together until combined.
Step 3
In a jug, add Buttermilk (1 cup) , Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup) , Egg (1) , and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) . Mix well.
Step 4
Add wet mixture to the dry mix. Mix together until combined.
Step 5
Spoon the batter into the baking tray. Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
Once done, remove from the oven. Let muffins cool before removing them from the tray. Enjoy!
