Step 1
Grate Daikon (2 cups) into shreds, add in Salt (1 tsp) and squeeze off excess water.
Step 2
Heat wok with about Oil (2 Tbsp) . Fry Shallots (1/3 cup) add in Dried Shrimp (1 oz) , and Chinese Sausages (2 oz) , fry well.
Step 3
Put in the grated radish and combine the mixture well, followed by Salt (1 tsp) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) , and Chicken Powder (1 tsp) . Stir well the mixture again and dish up.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Sweet Potato Flour (1/2 cup) , Eggs (2) , and Water (3/4 cup) together.
Step 5
Stir batter well and add in radish mixture together with the Spring Onions (2 Tbsp) , mix well again.
Step 6
Heat up a clean wok and add in little oil. Scoop batter mixture into wok and pan fry both sides to golden brown at medium heat, about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
