Grate Daikon (300 gram) into shreds, add in Salt (1 teaspoon) and squeeze off excess water.
Heat wok with about Oil (2 tablespoon). Fry Shallot (50 gram) add in Dried Shrimp (30 gram), and Chinese Sausage (50 gram), fry well.
Put in the grated radish and combine the mixture well, followed by Salt (1 teaspoon), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), and Chicken Powder (1 teaspoon). Stir well the mixture again and dish up.
In a bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (120 gram), Sweet Potato Flour (60 gram), Egg (2), and Water (180 milliliter) together.
Stir batter well and add in radish mixture together with the Spring Onion (2 tablespoon), mix well again.
Heat up a clean wok and add in little oil. Scoop batter mixture into wok and pan fry both sides to golden brown at medium heat, about 3 minutes on each side.
