Cooking Instructions

Add Apples (2), Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/8 tsp), Banana (1), Ice (1 cup), Dates (2), Ground Ginger (1/8 tsp), Ground Cloves (1/16 tsp) to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid.
