In a medium-sized saucepan, add the Guajillo Chiles (2) , Pasilla Chile Peppers (2) , Dried Chile de Arbol (2) , Yellow Onion (1) and enough water to cover completely.
Step 2
Cover and bring everything to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until chiles are soft.
