Cook the Orzo Pasta (1 pound) according to the directions in the pot of boiling water. Make sure to add a large pinch of salt to the water. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (6 tablespoon), Balsamic Vinegar (6 tablespoon), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (2/3 cup), and Kalamata Olives (2/3 cup). Stir to combine with the cooked orzo.
