Button Mushrooms

Pickled Jalapeño Peppers

Bay Leaves

Cooking Instructions

Prepare an 80-quart pot with about 2 gallons of water on top of a double jet burner. Add Salt (1 cup) .

Add Butter (1/2 cup) , Swamp Fire Seafood Boil (2 1/2 cups) , Zatarain's Seafood Boil (1 box) , Old Bay® Seasoning (2/3 cup) , and leave to boil while you prepare the vegetables.

In the strainer, add Red Potatoes (15 cups) , Corn (4 ears) , Smoked Sausages (3 cups) , Onions (2) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Lemons (6) , Button Mushrooms (4 1/2 cups) , Pickled Jalapeño Peppers (1 cup) , and Bay Leaves (7) .

Cook for 20 minutes and then check the potatoes for tenderness.

Remove from pot and strain water out.

Add Lemons (2) , Seafood Boil (1 cup) , and Old Bay® Seasoning (3 2/3 Tbsp) .

Plate the drained vegetables and transfer Shrimp (14 cups) to the strainer.

Boil shrimp for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink.

Enjoy with some beer!
