Prepare a 80 quart pot with about 2 gallons of water on top of a double jet burner.
Add the Butter (1/2 cup), Swamp Fire Seafood Boil (2 1/2 cup), Zatarain's® Crab Boil (1 box), Old Bay® Seasoning (3 ounce) and leave to boil while you prepare the vegetables.
In the strainer, add Red Potato (5 pound), Corn (4 ear), Smoked Sausage (1 pound), Onion (2), Garlic (2 clove), Lemon (6), Button Mushroom (1 pound), Pickled Jalapeño Pepper (4 ounce), and Bay Leaf (7).
Cook for 20 minutes and then check the potatoes for tenderness.
Remove from pot and strain water out.
Add Lemon (2), Swamp Fire Seafood Boil (1 cup), and Old Bay® Seasoning (1 ounce).
Plate the drained vegetables and transfer Shrimp (7 pound) to the strainer.
Boil shrimp for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink.
