Prepare an 80-quart pot with about 2 gallons of water on top of a double jet burner. Add Salt (1 cup).

Add Butter (1/2 cup), Swamp Fire Seafood Boil (2 1/2 cups), Zatarain's Seafood Boil (1 box), Old Bay® Seasoning (2/3 cup), and leave to boil while you prepare the vegetables.

In the strainer, add Red Potatoes (15 cups), Corn (4 ears), Smoked Sausage (1 lb), Onions (2), Garlic (2 cloves), Lemons (6), Button Mushrooms (4 1/2 cups), Pickled Jalapeño Pepper (1 cup), and Bay Leaves (7).

Cook for 20 minutes and then check the potatoes for tenderness.

Remove from pot and strain water out.

Add Lemons (2), Seafood Boil (1 cup), and Old Bay® Seasoning (3 2/3 Tbsp).

Plate the drained vegetables and transfer Shrimp (7 lb) to the strainer.

Boil shrimp for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink.
