Prepare a 80 quart pot with about 2 gallons of water on top of a double jet burner.
Salt (1 cup)
Butter (1/2 cup)
Swamp Fire Seafood Boil (2 1/2 cups)
Zatarain's® Crab Boil (1 box)
Old Bay® Seasoning (2/3 cup)
and leave to boil while you prepare the vegetables.
In the strainer, add
Red Potatoes (15 cups)
Corn (4 ears)
Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausages (1 lb)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Button Mushrooms (1 lb)
Pickled Jalapeño Peppers (1 cup)
Bay Leaves (7)
Cook for 20 minutes and then check the potatoes for tenderness.
Remove from pot and strain water out.
Swamp Fire Seafood Boil (1 cup)
Old Bay® Seasoning (3 1/2 Tbsp)
Plate the drained vegetables and transfer
Shrimp (7 lb)
to the strainer.
Boil shrimp for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink.
