Swamp Fire Seafood Boil
1 box
(3 oz)
Zatarain's® Crab Boil
I used Zatarain's Extra Spicy for extra kick
1 cup
Old Bay® Seasoning
4 ears
8 Frozen Halved

Onions , quartered
2 cloves

Directions

Step 1
Prepare a 80 quart pot with about 2 gallons of water on top of a double jet burner.
Step 2
Add Salt (1 cup) .
Step 3
Add the Butter (1/2 cup) , Swamp Fire Seafood Boil (2 1/2 cups) , Zatarain's® Crab Boil (1 box) , Old Bay® Seasoning (2/3 cup) and leave to boil while you prepare the vegetables.
Step 4
In the strainer, add Red Potatoes (15 cups) , Corn (4 ears) , Smoked Sausages (1 lb) , Onions (2) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Lemons (6) , Button Mushrooms (1 lb) , Pickled Jalapeño Peppers (1 cup) , and Bay Leaves (7) .
Step 5
Cook for 20 minutes and then check the potatoes for tenderness.
Step 6
Remove from pot and strain water out.
Step 7
Add Lemons (2) , Swamp Fire Seafood Boil (1 cup) , and Old Bay® Seasoning (3 1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 8
Plate the drained vegetables and transfer Shrimp (7 lb) to the strainer.
Step 9
Boil shrimp for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink.
Step 10
Enjoy with some beer!
