Step 1
Slice the
Eggplants (2)
into strips.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl add
All-Purpose Flour (3 2/3 cups)

Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)

Instant Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp)

Oil (1 Tbsp)
, and
Salt (1 Tbsp)
, then add
Water (1 1/4 cups)
in slowly and knead with your hands.
Step 7
When the dough is fully combined and elastic, set it in a tray and bake it in the preheated oven for 2-3 min.
Step 8
First place the tomato, then onion, aubergine, peppers,
Black Olives (to taste)
and the olive oil, then bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
Step 9
Once it's baked, add the
Anchovies (to taste)
