Slice the Eggplant (2) into strips.
Slice the Red Bell Pepper (2).
Slice the Onion (1).
Slice the Tomato (2).
Preheat the oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a bowl add All-Purpose Flour (450 gram), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Instant Dry Yeast (1 3/4 teaspoon), Oil (1 tablespoon), and Salt (1 tablespoon), then add Water (300 milliliter) in slowly and knead with your hands.
When the dough is fully combined and elastic, set it in a tray and bake it in the preheated oven for 2-3 min.
First place the tomato, then onion, aubergine, peppers, Black Olives (to taste) and the olive oil, then bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
Once it's baked, add the Anchovy (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
