Mince the Garlic (1 clove). In a medium bowl, add the Cream Cheese (1 1/2 cups), Grated Parmesan Cheese (3 Tbsp), and garlic. Mix everything together.

Chop up the bacon, and add it to the mixture. Stir until well blended. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Using a spoon, mound the cream cheese mixture into the jalapenos pepper, and top with grated Cheddar Cheese (2 cups).
