Jalapeño poppers are a delicious appetizer that are perfect for your next Super bowl party, or any party you have. The great thing is you can mix up the filling ahead of time, let's say the day before, and cut up the jalapenos and have everything ready to go.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Fry the Bacon (6 slice) and set aside. Rinse the Jalapeño Pepper (16), and pat dry. De-stem them, and cut in half lengthwise. Take a small knife, and remove as much of the seeds and membranes as you like.
Step 3
Mince the Garlic (1 clove). In a medium bowl, add the Cream Cheese (1 1/2 cup), Grated Parmesan Cheese (3 tablespoon), and garlic. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Chop up the bacon, and add it to the mixture. Stir until well blended. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Step 5
Using a spoon, mound the cream cheese mixture into the jalapenos pepper, and top with grated Cheddar Cheese (2 cup).
Step 6
Push the cheese into the cream cheese mixture so it sticks. Place onto the cookie sheet, and repeat with the rest of the peppers.
Step 7
Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Enjoy!
