Step 2
Add Onion (1) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Celery (2 stalks) , Carrot (1) , and Potatoes (2) . Cook, stirring constantly until onions are translucent and veggies are tender, about 4-5 mins. Season with Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
