Place the Onion (1), Red Bell Peppers (2), and Ground Beef (1 lb) into the slow cooker bowl. Use a wooden spoon to break up the meat into small pieces.

Mix the Garlic (1 clove), Ground Cumin (1/2 Tbsp), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), and Chipotle Chili Powder (1 tsp) into the Salsa (1 jar). Add the mixture over top of the ground beef.
