This is by far the easiest meal I’ve ever made! All the ingredients are placed in the crock pot, turned to low for 8-10 hours, and that’s it! The house smells amazing as it’s cooking – in fact it’s almost better not to be home. The second time I made this, I was home the entire day and the delicious smells kept me hungry all day long.

Onion , diced

Ground Beef
1/2 Tbsp
Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp
4 cups
Salsa
to taste
to taste
Guacamole
to taste
Canned Diced Tomatoes , chopped
to taste

Directions

Step 1
Chop the Red Bell Peppers (2) into small pieces. Dice the Onion (1) .
Step 2
Place the onion, bell pepper, Ground Cumin (1/2 Tbsp) , and Sea Salt (1 Tbsp) into the crock pot.
Step 3
Add the Ground Beef (1 lb) and use a wooden spoon to break up the meat into small pieces.
Step 4
Pour the Salsa (4 cups) over the top of the mixture making sure the salsa covers the meat and vegetables.
Step 5
Add a small amount of water if needed to cover the mixture and turn to low for 8~10 hours.
Step 6
Serve with any or all of the toppings White Rice (to taste) , Canned Diced Tomatoes (to taste) , Sweet Potatoes (to taste) , Greek Yogurt (to taste) , Guacamole (to taste) or Cheese (to taste) .
