Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place the Ground Beef (1 pound), Red Bell Pepper (2), and Onion (1) into the slow cooker bowl. Use a wooden spoon to break up the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Mix the Garlic (1 clove), Smoked Paprika (1 teaspoon), Chipotle Chili Powder (1 teaspoon), and Ground Cumin (2 teaspoon) into the Salsa (1 jar). Add the mixture over top of the ground beef.
Step 3
Mix everything to combine, and turn the slow cooker to low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
Step 4
If you want the peppers to be firmer, check the slow cooker to see if they’re the desired doneness starting at around 5 hours on low.
Step 5
Serve with Sweet Potato (to taste), White Rice (to taste), and top with Salsa (to taste), Sour Cream (to taste), Lettuce (to taste), Shredded Cheddar Cheese (to taste), and Guacamole (to taste).
