Step 1
Place the
Onion (1)

Red Bell Peppers (2)

Ground Beef (1 lb)
into the slow cooker bowl. Use a wooden spoon to break up the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Mix the
Garlic (1 clove)

Ground Cumin (1/2 Tbsp)

Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
, and
Chipotle Chili Powder (1 tsp)
into the
Salsa (1 jar)
. Add the mixture over top of the ground beef.
Step 3
Mix everything to combine, and turn the slow cooker to low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
Step 4
If you want the peppers to be firmer, check the slow cooker to see if they’re the desired doneness starting at around 5 hours on low.
Step 5
Serve with
