Cooking Instructions

Combine Paprika (2 tsp), Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Dried Basil (1/2 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/4 tsp), Celery Salt (1/2 tsp), Dry Mustard (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Ground White Pepper (1/4 tsp) and Salt (1 tsp) into a bowl, mix well and divide into two large bowls.

In one bowl, add the Unsweetened Almond Milk (2 cups) and Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), mix well until combined. Add Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4) that's been cut into pieces and leave to marinate overnight or for a few hours.

To the other spice mix add the Unflavored Whey Protein Powder (1 1/2 cups) and mix well. Take the chicken out and dip into the protein spice mix until the chicken is coated well. For a better crunch you can double dip or repeat the last step.

For deep frying bring the Coconut Oil (as needed) up to a medium heat and fry the chicken for 8-9 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. For Air frying place in the air fryer and drizzle some coconut oil over the top, air fry for 8-9 minutes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) turning once.
5.
Drain excess oil on a paper towel then serve immediately. Enjoy!
