Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Add
Butter (to taste)
and
All-Purpose Flour (to taste)
to a springform.
Step 3
Whisk
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups)
,
Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
, and
Salt (1 dash)
in a bowl until combined.
Step 4
Beat
Butter (1 stick)
and
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
for a couple of minutes, then beat in
Eggs (2)
and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
, add the flour mixture and
Milk (3/4 cup)
, stir until smooth.
Step 5
Add 1/3 of the batter mixture to the springform.
Step 6
Mix the remaining 2/3 batter with
Fresh Blueberries (4 cups)
, fill into the springform.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 8
When the cake is baked through, remove from the oven. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing springform.
Step 9
To serve, sprinkle with
Caster Sugar (to taste)
and more blueberries if you want, and
Whipped Cream (to taste)
