Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Add Butter (to taste) and All-Purpose Flour (to taste) to a springform.
Whisk All-Purpose Flour (13/10 cup), Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1 dash) in a bowl until combined.
Beat Butter (1 stick) and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) for a couple of minutes, then beat in Egg (2) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), add the flour mixture and Milk (3/4 cup), stir until smooth.
Add 1/3 of the batter mixture to the springform.
Mix the remaining 2/3 batter with Fresh Blueberries (2 pint), fill into the springform.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
When the cake is baked through, remove from the oven. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing springform.
To serve, sprinkle with Caster Sugar (to taste) and more blueberries if you want, and Whipped Cream (to taste).
