Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and cube fresh Sweet Potatoes (6 cups) . Boil them until fork tender and mash, then add to a big bowl.
Step 2
Mix in Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) , Butter (1 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , Eggs (4) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , Orange Juice (1/4 cup) , and the Zest of the Oranges (1/2 Tbsp) and put in casserole dish.
Step 3
Mix Brown Sugar (1 1/2 cups) , All-Purpose Flour (2/3 cup) , Chopped Pecans (2 cups) and Butter (1 cup) in separate bowl and then sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.
Step 4
Bake 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) in oven for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
