Peel and cube fresh Sweet Potato (6 cup). Boil them until fork tender and mash, then add to a big bowl.
Mix in Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cup), Butter (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Egg (4), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), Orange Juice (4 tablespoon), and the Zest of the Orange (2 teaspoon) and put in casserole dish.
Mix Brown Sugar (1 1/2 cup), All-Purpose Flour (2/3 cup), Chopped Pecans (2 cup) and Butter (1 cup) in separate bowl and then sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.
Bake 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) in oven for 30 minutes.
