Julienne the Green Cabbage (1 2/3 cups) .
Step 2
Julienne the Carrots (3/4 cup) .
Step 3
Julienne the Turnips (3/4 cup) .
Step 4
Julienne the Leeks (1 2/3 cups) .

Julienne the Celery (2/3 cup) .
Step 6
In a pan add the Butter (3 Tbsp) and melt it. Add the vegetables and fry them for few minutes.
Step 7
Add the Vegetable Bouillon Cube (1) the Water (4 cups) and season it with Salt (to taste) .
Step 8
Cook it for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
