Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together
Garlic (6 cloves)
,
Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp)
,
Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Water (2 Tbsp)
,
Corn Starch (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Add
Chicken Strips (1 lb)
and mix until well coated. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat the frying pan with
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Once hot, add another
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Snow Peas (3/4 cup)
, and
Red Bell Pepper (1)
. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan, and set aside.
Step 3
Add the rest of the
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
into the pan over high heat. Once hot, use tongs to transfer the chicken into the pan. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Add cooked vegetables. Stir and cook for another minute.
Step 5
Garnish with
Toasted White Sesame Seeds (to taste)
and
Scallions (to taste)
, and serve with
White Rice (to taste)
