In a large bowl, mix together Garlic (6 cloves), Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp), Hoisin Sauce (1 Tbsp), Water (2 Tbsp), Corn Starch (1/2 Tbsp), and Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp). Add Chicken Breast (1 lb) and mix until well coated. Set aside.

Heat the frying pan with Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp). Once hot, add another Garlic (2 cloves), Snow Peas (3/4 cup), and Red Bell Pepper (1). Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan, and set aside.
