Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together Garlic (6 cloves) , Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp) , Hoisin Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Water (2 Tbsp) , Corn Starch (2 tsp) , and Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) . Add Chicken Strips (1 lb) and mix until well coated. Set aside.

Heat the frying pan with Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) . Once hot, add another Garlic (2 cloves) , Snow Peas (3/4 cup) , and Red Bell Pepper (1) . Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan, and set aside.

Add the rest of the Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) into the pan over high heat. Once hot, use tongs to transfer the chicken into the pan. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add cooked vegetables. Stir and cook for another minute.

Garnish with Toasted White Sesame Seeds (to taste) and Scallions (to taste) , and serve with White Rice (to taste) .
