Sprinkle the chicken and vegetables with
Za'atar (2 Tbsp)
Sea Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (3/4 tsp)

Onion Powder (1 tsp)
. Use a spatula to mix all the ingredients and spread them into a single layer.
Place the sheet tray in an oven. Cook for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked completely and the potatoes are fork-tender.
