Cut the fillets and season the Mahi-Mahi Fillet (6) with Swimmin' In Smoke® Fish Bait Rub™ (to taste).
In a large bowl mix the Tomato (4), Red Onion (1/2), Jalapeño Pepper (2), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), Black Beans (1 can), Whole Kernel Corn (19.75 ounce) and Lime (1).
Place the mahi-mahi fillets on the grill and brush with Butter (to taste). Grill until done.
In another bowl add Sour Cream (to taste) and Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (to taste) with a few spoonfuls of the adobo sauce and Paprika (to taste). Mix well.
To serve tacos, place Small Flour Tortilla (to taste) then add Lettuce (to taste), Butter (to taste), grilled mahi-mahi, chipotle sour cream and pico de gallo. Enjoy!
