Step 1
Cut the fillets and season the
Mahi-Mahi Fillets (6)
with
Fish Rub (to taste)

Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the
Tomatoes (4)

Fresh Cilantro (to taste)

Black Beans (1 can)

Whole Kernel Corn (3 3/4 cups)
and
Lime (1)

Step 3
Place the mahi-mahi fillets on the grill and brush with
Butter (to taste)
. Grill until done.
Step 4
In another bowl add
Sour Cream (to taste)
and
Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (to taste)
with a few spoonfuls of the adobo sauce and
Paprika (to taste)
. Mix well.
Step 5
To serve tacos, place
Small Flour Tortillas (to taste)
then add
Lettuce (to taste)

Butter (to taste)
, grilled mahi-mahi, chipotle sour cream and pico de gallo. Enjoy!
