Cut the fillets and season the Mahi-Mahi Fillets (6) with Fish Rub (to taste).

In a large bowl, mix the Tomatoes (4), Red Onion (1/2), Jalapeño Peppers (2), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), Black Beans (1 can), Whole Kernel Corn (3 3/4 cups) and Lime (1).

Place the mahi-mahi fillets on the grill and brush with Butter (to taste). Grill until done.

In another bowl add Sour Cream (to taste) and Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (to taste) with a few spoonfuls of the adobo sauce and Paprika (to taste). Mix well.
step 5
To serve tacos, place Small Flour Tortillas (to taste) then add Lettuce (to taste), Butter (to taste), grilled mahi-mahi, chipotle sour cream and pico de gallo. Enjoy!
