Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Unroll and press
Pie Crust (1)
into the bottom of a 9-inch pie tray. Fold the rest of the crust to the back to create a thick-edge pie crust.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (6 oz)
without oil. Once the bacon has rendered a little fat, add the
Yellow Onion (1/2)
and cook until both are browning, around 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
In a large prep bowl, whisk together the
Heavy Cream (1 cup)
Milk (1 cup)
Butter (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
In the same bowl, stir in
Smoked Ham (7 oz)
Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese Blend (1 1/2 cups)
, and the cooked ingredients into the cream mixture. Pour filling into the baked pie crust.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until set in the center.
Let it sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
Optionally, garnish with
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
and serve warm.
