In a small bowl, whisk together the Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Oyster Sauce (1 tsp), Sesame Oil (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 Tbsp), Water (1/2 cup), and Corn Starch (1 1/2 Tbsp). Making sure the starch is well incorporated. Set aside.

Season the Flank Steak (1.3 lb) with Salt (to taste) and Red Bell Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat with 1 tsp of Vegetable Oil (1 tsp) and add the Red Bell Pepper (1) and Green Bell Pepper (1). Cook until fork tender, about 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining Vegetable Oil (1/2 Tbsp) on high heat. Add the steak to the pan and brown for about 5-6 minutes.

Stir in the peppers, Garlic (1/2 Tbsp), and Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), then cook for 30 seconds.

Pour the seasoning sauce over the steak mixture and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce has just thickened.

Garnish with Scallion (1 stalk) and serve with cooked White Rice (1 1/3 cups).
