In a small bowl, add Red Onion (1/2), Limes (2), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Soy Sauce (1 tsp), Hot Sauce (1 tsp), Salt (as needed), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and whisk to combine. Let this sit for 5 minutes to take the harsh bite of the onion away.
