Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).

Bring a large pot of water, add Salt (to taste) and bring to a boil.

Cook Rotini Pasta (1 lb) to al dente according to package instructions, about 10-12 minutes. Then drain.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Black Beans (2 cans), Corn Kernels (1 can), Red Bell Pepper (1), Green Bell Pepper (1), Tomatoes (2), McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix (1 1/2 Tbsp), Mexican Style Hot Sauce (2 Tbsp), and Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (2 cups).

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup).
