Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat sheet pan and baking rack with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
. Set aside.
Step 2
On the prepared sheet pan, season
Broccoli Florets (1 1/3 cups)
,
Green Beans (2 cups)
, and
Cherry Tomatoes (1 1/2 cups)
, with
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
. Set aside.
Step 3
In separate mixing bowls, fill each bowl with
Eggs (2)
and
Italian Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
. Dip each
Bone-In Pork Chops (6)
into eggs, then coat with panko. Repeat this process for the remaining pork chops.
Step 4
Place the pork chops on the baking rack over the veggie sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (75 degrees F) and the top crust gets golden brown.
Step 5
Optionally garnish with
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
. Serve!
