Step 1
Wrap the
Corn Cobs (4)
with a wet kitchen towel and place them on a microwave-safe plate.
Step 2
Cook the corn in the microwave for 10-12 minutes until the corn is fully cooked.

Combine the
Salted Butter (1/4 cup)

Sweet Paprika (1/2 tsp)

Ground Coriander (1/2 tsp)
,
Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
,
Garlic (3 cloves)
, and
lime zest (1)
in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Step 4
Heat up the grill pan over high heat. Place the corn on the grill and grill for about 3 minutes, turning frequently.
Step 5
Brush the flavored butter over the corn while still hot.
Step 6
Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with
Queso Fresco (1/4 cup)
and
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
