Cooking Instructions

Wrap the Corn Cobs (4) with a wet kitchen towel and place them on a microwave-safe plate.

Cook the corn in the microwave for 10-12 minutes until the corn is fully cooked.

Combine the Salted Butter (4 Tbsp) , Sweet Paprika (as needed) , Ground Coriander (as needed) , Onion Powder (as needed) , Garlic (3 cloves) , and lime zest (1) in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Heat up the grill pan over high heat. Place the corn on the grill and grill for about 3 minutes, turning frequently.

Brush the flavored butter over the corn while still hot.

Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with Queso Fresco (4 Tbsp) and Fresh Cilantro (to taste) . Serve with lime wedges (1) .
