Plum Fennel Salad with Ginger Honey Dressing

Recipe

This colorful salad is super easy to make and so refreshing. Made from a combination of fresh mozzarella, grilled plum, and orange ginger dressing, it’s fruity and sweet with a bit of heat from the fresh ginger. Sweet honey balances with the tartness of the plum, making this a perfect summer side dish.
