Step 1
Heat up the grill pan over high heat.
Step 2
Toss the Plums (5) with Olive Oil (1/4 cup) in a mixing bowl. Place the plum in the preheated pan, and grill it until it has nice grill marks on both sides. Set it aside and let it cool down.
Step 3
In a medium mixing bowl, add the 1/4 cup of Orange Juice (1) , White Wine Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , Fresh Ginger (1/2 Tbsp) , and 1/2 Tbsp of Orange Zest. Slowly whisk in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) . Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 4
Place grilled plum, Orange Segments (1) , Fennel Bulb (1) , and Fresh Mint (1/4 cup) in a large mixing bowl. Add orange salad dressing, and toss together.
Step 5
Transfer to a serving plate with Bocconcini (3) Roasted Almonds (1/4 cup) . Serve.
