Step 1
Mince the
Garlic (1 clove)

Chop the
Onion (1)

Chop the
Red Bell Pepper (1)
and the
Green Bell Pepper (1)

Zucchini (1)

In a pan, add
Olive Oil (as needed)
and the garlic.
Step 6
Add peppers and the onion. Cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
Add the zucchini. Season it with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and add the
White Wine (1 splash)
. Cook for around 10 minutes.
Step 8
When everything is nearly cooked, add the
Diced Tomatoes (1 can)
and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Season as desired.
Step 9
Serve with toast, rice, or fried eggs. Enjoy!
