Mince the Garlic (1 clove).
Chop the Onion (1).
Chop the Red Bell Pepper (1) and the Green Bell Pepper (1).
Chop the Zucchini (1).
In a pan, add Olive Oil (to taste) and the garlic.
Add peppers and the onion. Cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
Add the zucchini. Season it with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and add the White Wine (1 splash). Cook for around 10 minutes.
When everything is nearly cooked, add the Diced Tomatoes (1 can) and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Season as desired.
Serve with toast, rice, or fried eggs. Enjoy!
