Step 1
Heat the Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) in large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the Onion (1) and Green Bell Pepper (1) and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add Garlic (3 cloves) and cook for about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the Tyson® Ground Chicken (1 lb) and break the chicken into small clumps with a wooden spoon.
Step 4
Add Cajun Seasoning (1 Tbsp) , Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp) and Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp) . Cook until the chicken is partially cooked, about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the Tomato Sauce (1 cup) , then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and simmer, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 6
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve with Hard Taco Shells (to taste) , Lettuce (to taste) , Tomatoes (to taste) , Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (to taste) , Sour Cream (to taste) and Guacamole (to taste) .
