Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Line the Zucchini (2) on a baking sheet. Add 2-3 Tbsp of the Pizza Sauce (1/2 jar) to the bottom of each piece. Then sprinkle Dried Oregano (as needed), Dried Basil (as needed), and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup). Top with Pepperoni Slices (12).
