Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , and Baking Soda (1 tsp) in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Grate the Salted Butter (1/2 cup) into a large bowl, using the large holes of a box grater.
Step 4
Sieve the dry ingredients into the butter.
Step 5
Use your fingers to work in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then toss in the Fresh Blueberries (1 cup) .
Step 6
Whisk the Sour Cream (1/2 cup) , Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (1/3 cup) , and Large Egg (1) together in a small bowl until combined.
Step 7
Stir the sour cream mixture into the flour mixture using your fingers until the dough clumps together. Use your hands to shape dough into a ball. (The dough may seem dry at first but will come together as you work it.)
Step 8
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and lightly pat it into a 9-inch circle.
Step 9
Use a sharp knife to cut into 8 equal triangles, like cutting a pie.
Step 10
Place on the prepared baking tray, about 1-inch apart.
Step 11
Bake the scones in the preheated oven until golden, about 15 minutes.
Step 12
Cool 5 minutes and enjoy, best served warm.
