In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Allspice (1/4 tsp), and Ground Cloves (1/4 tsp).

In another large bowl, whisk the Whole Milk (1 cup), Plain Yogurt (1/3 cup), Eggs (2), Molasses (1/4 cup), Butter (3 Tbsp), Dark Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Fresh Ginger (1/2 Tbsp), and Orange (1) till well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and stir gently to combine. Don’t over-mix.

Heat a frying pan lightly oiled with Sunflower Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium heat. With a ¼ cup cookie scoop, scoop the batter into the pan one ladle at a time. Cook until bubbles appear and edges set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until cooked through and slightly browned, about 1-2 minutes. Repeat until you finish all the batters.
