In a large soup pot add Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) and Chicken (3 pound) over medium heat and let it sear for a few minutes.
Add in the Onion (1), Garlic (3 clove), Ground Black Pepper (3/4 teaspoon), Celery (2 stalk), Scallion (2), Fresh Thyme (4 sprig), Pimiento Pepper (2), Guyana Pepper (2), Carrot (1), Potato (5), Fresh Ginger (2 slice), Whole Allspice (2) and Pumpkin (1 1/2 cup). Mix all the ingredients well.
Pour in the Chicken Stock (5 cup), set to stove to high heat and let it come up to a rolling boil. Remove any impurities that come up. Continue to boil for 30 minutes.
Taste to adjust for Salt (to taste). After boiling for 30 minutes, add the Egg Noodles (to taste) and let it boil for one more minute.
Finish with Fresh Parsley (3 tablespoon) and Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon).
