Step 1
In a large skillet with deep sides, heat the Olive Oil (1 dash) over medium-high heat. Brown the Chicken Sausages (1.5 lb) for about 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
Add in the Red Bell Pepper (1) and Onion (1) . Let them get soft and fragrant for another couple of minutes while you season everything with the Cajun Seasoning (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 3
Stir in the Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp) and Chicken Stock (1 Tbsp) . Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the Frozen Cauliflower Rice (1.3 lb) and let it warm through, cooking for 6-8 minutes while you keep stirring.
Step 5
Serve immediately and enjoy!
