Open bag of Frozen Tater Tots (1 package). Lay them on a baking sheet and let them thaw for about thirty minutes or until only partially frozen.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix Buttermilk (2 cup), Egg (1), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 teaspoon) and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Place Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (1.5 pound) into the bowl and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
In another bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cup), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) and Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Add the Vegetable Oil (3 tablespoon) to a 10-inch cast iron skillet. Heat to medium-high. Take a chicken and dredge it into the flour shaking off any extras. Place chicken in skillet and repeat. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes on first side.
Flip and place skillet into the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. Once cooked, remove skillet from oven and let cook slightly.
Heat a waffle iron. Place about 15 to 20 tots evenly onto the waffle iron. Slowly press down on the tots until flattened. Cook tots for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from waffle iron and sprinkle with salt. Repeat process until all tots have been used.
To serve, place two waffle-tot squares on a plate. Top with a piece of chicken or slice in half. Garnish with Honey (to taste), Fresh Parsley (to taste), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste). Enjoy!
