Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mash the Bananas (2) and add in Eggland’s Best Free Range Egg (1), Whole Wheat Flour (1 1/2 cups), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), Zucchini (1 cup), Coconut Oil (4 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), and Baking Soda (1/2 tsp). Mix well and once mixed, add in the Fresh Blueberry (1 cup) and mix them in.

Fill a muffin pan with liners and cooking spray. Scoop the batter into the muffin cups. There will be 12 muffins.

Bake for 20 minutes until when a toothpick is inserted, it comes out clean.
