Step 1
Halve the Ezekiel Bread (1 slice) lengthwise to form two slices, then slice the Sprouted Tofu (1 block) into wide, thin strips to resemble cold cuts.
Step 2
Spread Vegan Mayonnaise (1 tsp) on a slice of Ezekiel bread, and place tofu on top. Add Avocado (1/4) , Pickle Slices (4) and Broccoli Sprouts (1 handful) . Cover with Romaine Lettuce (1 piece) and the other slice of Ezekiel bread.
