Step 1
Slice Avocado (1/4) . Halve the Ezekiel® Bread (1 slice) lengthwise to form two slices, then slice the Sprouted Tofu (1 block) into wide, thin strips to resemble cold-cuts.
Step 2
Spread Soy-Free Vegenaise® (1 tsp) on a slice of the ezekiel bread, and place tofu on top. Add avocado, Organic Pickle Slices (4) and Broccoli Sprouts (1 handful) . Cover with Romaine Lettuce (1 piece) and the other slice of ezekiel bread.
