Step 1
Slice Avocado (1/4). Halve the Ezekiel® Bread (1 slice) lengthwise to form two slices, then slice the Sprouted Tofu (1 block) into wide, thin strips to resemble cold-cuts.
Step 2
Spread Soy-Free Vegenaise® (1 teaspoon) on a slice of the ezekiel bread, and place tofu on top. Add avocado, Pickle Slices (4) and Broccoli Sprouts (1 handful). Cover with Romaine Lettuce (1 piece) and the other slice of ezekiel bread.
Step 3
