Gather your ingredients.
Slice the Baguette (1) and toast the slices.
Thinly slice the French Breakfast Radish (7).
Slice the green part of Scallion (3) and set aside. Roughly chop the Fresh Parsley (1 handful).
Mix Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) with the green onions, parsley and Fresh Dill (1 pinch). Spread the herb butter on the slices of toasted baguette.
Top with slices of radish and season with Sea Salt (to taste).
