Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and slice the Orange (1) . Thinly slice the Red Onion (1/2)
Step 2
Cut Watermelon (1/2) slice so it is round in shape and about 1-inch thick.
Step 3
Take a pairing knife to cut around the rind to remove it.
Step 4
Add thinly sliced orange, onions and Arugula (2 handfuls) to the top.
Step 5
Crumble Goat Cheese (1/3 cup) on top. Drizzle lightly with Olive Oil (as needed) and Balsamic Vinegar (to taste) season with Sea Salt (to taste) .
Step 6
Slice with a cookie cutter or a knife into pizza-shaped pieces and serve cold.
