Bake the Puff Pastry Bites (24) according to package instructions. Dice the Red Onion (1), Red Chili Pepper (1), and Carrot (1).

For the sauce, combine the Hoisin Sauce (1/4 cup), Olive Oil (1 tsp), Water (1/3 cup), Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch), Lime (1), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a large bowl. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Ground Chicken (8 oz), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook chicken until no longer pink. Remove chicken skillet and set aside in a bowl.

Toss the hoisin peanut mixture with the chicken and set aside.
