Bake the Puff Pastry Bites (24) according to package instructions. Dice the Red Onion (1), Red Chili Pepper (1), and Carrot (1).
For the sauce, combine the Hoisin Sauce (4 tablespoon), Olive Oil (1 teaspoon), Water (1/3 cup), Peanut Butter (2 tablespoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch), Lime Juice (1 tablespoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a large bowl. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. When hot, add the Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Ground Chicken (0.5 pound), and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Cook chicken until no longer pink. Remove chicken skillet and set aside in a bowl.
Toss the hoisin peanut mixture with the chicken and set aside.
Using the same skillet with some olive oil, saute diced carrots, red pepper and red onion until softened, about 7 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
Take a puff pastry bite and fill each bite with chicken and top with veggies and garnish with Radish (to taste) and Fresh Parsley (to taste). Repeat until all the mixture has been used. Enjoy!
