Step 1
Halve the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2)

Step 2
Place in a bowl and season with
Soy Sauce (1/3 cup)
,
Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
,
Chinese Five Spice Powder (1 tsp)
,
Ground Turmeric (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Baking Soda (1 tsp)
and use your hands mix together. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a large grill pan add
Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
and once smoking hot, place the chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes per side. At around the 4-minute mark turn the chicken to a 45-degree angle to achieve grill marks. Repeat for the other side.
Step 4
Remove the grilled chicken and let it rest for 10 minutes. Place the chicken on a cutting board and slice thinly.
Step 5
To serve, plate up your
Salad Greens (to taste)

Bell Peppers (to taste)
,
Grape Tomatoes (to taste)
, sliced grilled chicken,
Sunflower Seeds (to taste)

Crispy Wonton Strips (to taste)
and drizzle the
