Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Broccoli Florets (2 2/3 cups) and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Transfer to cold water.
Step 2
Into a pot over high heat, add Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp) . Once warm, add Onion (1) and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add Garlic (1/2 tsp) . Cook for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add broccoli, and let it sit in the pan for a minute, then add Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp) , Honey (3 Tbsp) , and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp) . Toss to combine.
Step 5
Turn off heat. Garnish with Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp) , then serve warm.
