Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Broccoli Florets (1 pound) and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Transfer to cold water.
Into a pot over high heat, add Sesame Oil (2 teaspoon). Once warm, add Onion (1) and cook for 1 minute.
Add Garlic (1/2 teaspoon). Cook for 30 seconds.
Add broccoli, and let it sit in the pan for a minute, then add Soy Sauce (2 teaspoon), Honey (3 tablespoon), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 teaspoon). Toss to combine.
Turn off heat. Garnish with Sesame Seeds (1 1/2 teaspoon), then serve warm.
