Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Broccoli Florets (2 2/3 cups) and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Transfer to cold water.

Into a pot over high heat, add Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp). Once warm, add Onion (1) and cook for 1 minute.

Add Garlic (1/2 tsp). Cook for 30 seconds.

Add broccoli, and let it sit in the pan for a minute, then add Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp), Honey (3 Tbsp), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp). Toss to combine.

Turn off heat. Garnish with Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp), then serve warm.
