Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In one mixing bowl, mix Seasoned Breadcrumbs (2 cups) , Grated Parmesan Cheese (3 Tbsp) , All-Purpose Flour (3 Tbsp) , and Salt and Pepper (to taste) . In another, add Eggs (2) .
Step 3
Coat the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (4) first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Into a skillet over medium high, add Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup) . Once melted and bubbling, add the chicken. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Coat chicken with Marinara Sauce (1 1/2 cups) . Sprinkle generously with Grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) .
Step 6
Bake for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 7
Serve warm in the Potato Buns (to taste) .
