Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Water (8 fl oz), Fresh Spinach (2 cups), Bananas (2), and Ice (2 cups) into the blender.
2.
For Blendtec, press the smoothie button. For Vitamix, select variable speed 1. Turn on machine, and quickly increase speed to 10/high. Run for 45 seconds, or until smooth.
3.
Serve and enjoy!
