Step 1
Peel and chop the
Bananas (2)
into pieces.
Step 2
Heat
Ghee (2 Tbsp)
in a pan. Add your favorite
Dried Fruits (to taste)
and
Assorted Nuts (to taste)
sauté until color changes.
Step 3
Add bananas and sauté it for 5 minutes until you get that gooey consistency. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.
Step 4
In a bowl, break
Eggs (2)
. Add
Ground Cardamom (1/2 tsp)
and
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
. Whisk together.
Step 5
Pour it in the pan in which you sauteed the bananas. And combine the mixture with bananas.
Step 6
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 7
The authentic delicacy is ready.
