Warm Tortilla (1) in the microwave for 20 seconds. Thinly slice Red Bell Pepper (1/4). And slice Avocado (1/4). Slice Sugar Snap Peas (4) length-wise into quarters with ends cut off.
Remove center rib from leaf of Romaine Lettuce (1), slicing length-wise into strips.
Spread tortilla with Hummus (2 tablespoon), leaving space around the edges and sprinkle with Goat Cheese (1 tablespoon).
Lay bell pepper & snap pea slices across the tortilla.
Top with avocado slices and lettuce.
